2. Bhadrasana
Physical benefits of Bhadrasana:
- Strengthens the muscles of the thighs, knees and hips.
- Helps in digestion.
- Helps in regulating the menstrual cycle of women.

Bhadrasana makes the mind calm, stable and focused.
3. Bhujangasana
Bhujangasana, which is also called Sarpasana in many places, is a backward bending asana. In this asana, the person lies on the stomach and raises the chest by keeping the hands near the shoulders. This asana strengthens the spine and increases its flexibility.
Some important points of Bhujangasana:
- It is done by lying on the stomach.
- The upper part of the body is raised, due to which the shape of the body looks like a snake.
- Bhujangasana strengthens the back muscles.
- Helps in reducing stress.
- And improves digestion.
