What is meditation
To be in Present in Meditation. Your thoughts relate to either the past or the future. We work in the present, but our minds hover in the future or the past. This leads to our not giving a hundred per cent in the present work; hence, the result is not as expected. Meditation teaches us to be in Present. It is the only way to get connected with your soul. Your better self It transforms you in a balanced person.
It’s Simply a way for us to stop for a moment and be calm.
